About Us

Mike Andrews (Senior Pastor)

Mike and his wife Diane have two children ages 15 and 10 and they been serving as the senior pastoral couple at Belleview since 1999. When Mike is not being a pastor, husband, or parent, he loves to hunt, fly-fish, read, garden, and go backpacking. Prior to serving at Belleview, Mike was the director of adult ministries at a church in Wichita Kansas and spent ten years as an Area Director for Young life in Phoenix Arizona.

Blake Buhrman (Pastor of Student Ministries)

Blake is a graduate of Tabor College. He received his degree in Elementary Education. After teaching for one year Blake took over as the Pastor of Student Ministries at Belleview. Blake spent time volunteering as a part of the student ministry team at Belleview and that has helped make his transition a smooth one. Blake enjoys spending quality time with the worship pastor at Belleview who is also his wife. Backpacking, golfing, spending time with friends, and cheering for the Chiefs highlight some of his favorite things to do with his spare time.

Carlin Buhrman (Pastor of Worship Ministries)

Carlin is a graduate of Tabor College and a graduate of Mennonite Brethren Biblical Seminary. She received her undergraduate degrees in Biblical and Religious Studies and Music and her Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. She feels like God provided an opportunity for her to lead people in worship that she wasn’t necessarily planning on when she graduated from Seminary, but she thoroughly enjoys it. Carlin loves spending quality time with her husband who happens to be the student ministries pastor at Belleview. She also enjoys running, hiking, reading, movies, and drinking chai lattes from Starbucks!

Tamara Glessner (Pastor of Children’s Ministries)

Tamara is a mom of two children, David 5yrs and Abigail 2 yrs. In her free time, she and her husband, Lonnie like to listen to jazz music. Her experience as a former bilingual elementary school teacher and a Master’s Degree in Intercultural Studies at Denver Seminary equips her well as a pastor of children’s ministry at Belleview. She works with a great team of volunteers who are passionate about ministering to children and their families. Tamara enjoys managing a home business as well. She delights in hanging out with her family while hiking, playing games, and going on excursions when she is not working at the church.
